I’ve created a Facebook page to act as a companion to this website, please note the F icon on the top right, if you’d like to check it out. If you’re on your phone, you’ll see a few horizontal bars on the top right, that will bring up the F icon, as well as the page navigation menu (articles, archive, etc.) I’ll share my articles as they’re released, as well as some updates, and anything else that doesn’t really belong here, but is relevant.
Donations are very much optional. I will not be using advertisements, banners, tracking cookies, etc. as I wish to provide the best experience here that I can. Any small contribution would be highly appreciated, and will help offset modest hosting costs.
Thank you to my Father: Guy Trottier for introducing me to regional auto racing at a young age. I wouldn’t have made this website if not for him.
Once again, the World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing proved why it remains one of the toughest and most rewarding weeks in short track racing. For the Canadian and Maritime drivers who made the journey south, the nine nights at New Smyrna Speedway offered both hard-earned results and invaluable experience against some of the best short-track competitors in North America.
From podium runs and top-10 finishes to lessons learned in deep, aggressive fields, the 2026 edition added another chapter to the long-standing connection between Canadian racers and one of Florida’s most demanding short tracks.
